APPLICATIONS FOR 2010 WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE LOCAL 51 APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAM STARTING MARCH 1st FOR A TWO WEEK PERIOD. NO NEED TO CALL! PLEASE JUST COME TO THE HALL AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. DATES: MARCH 1st-5th and 8th-12th, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM-12PM. THANK YOU!
YOU MUST APPEAR IN PERSON TO OBTAIN A COPY OF THE APPLICATION AT THE TRAINING FACILITY, 11 Hemingway Drive, East Providence, RI. Valid driver's license must be presented at time of application. Please have available the following copies:
- High School or GED diploma
- Official high school or GED transcripts (summary of grades) required within 30 days of application. You may request the transcripts from your school in advance of the application.
Criteria for completed applications:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of application.
- Drug testing will be required.
- Applicants will be required to take a math test at a time and date that is assigned by the Training Facility.
- Provided you have submitted a complete application including drug testing and math test results you will be notified by mail of the date and time for an interview, which is mandatory.
