Annual Wellness Clinic - (1/10/2017)
On Saturday March 4th, 2017 we will be holding a Wellness Clinic at the Union Hall from 9am-12pm. In addition to the clinic we will have Vision and Hearing Screenings available. If you would like to schedule a time for the Hearing Screening please call Shelby at 401-943-3033.
Reminder- you must receive an "Annual Physical" between June 1, 2016 and May 31, 2017 (mandatory requirement) to enroll in the Colonial Life Bridge Policy.
